Zofia Idzikowska

Hi I am Zofia. I have been in London for 15 years and love it. I regard myself as a Londoner. During my time here I have obviously worked to earn a living. Whilst conducting a normal life I have also pursued some passions. This included 4 years helping out young inmates at Wandsworth Prison. This was both emotional and uplifting. More recently I discovered Krav Maga. As an active person, I have always enjoyed physical sport. Krav is on an amazingly different level. I am totally hooked and you will be too. It is positive, it enhances your life, your attitude and your confidence. I live and breathe Krav and it will be part of my life forever. I don’t see teaching as a job, it’s a passion! As your instructor, I will do everything to ensure you get the best training that will involve both sweat and effort but also joy and laughter.
